Drink plenty of water:

Water is something which we cannot live without; our body requires about 3 to 4 litres of water every day. Water keeps our skin healthy, and it flushes out all the toxins in our body. Water is responsible for transporting all the nutrients to our body. Thus it is essential to drink water daily. If you do not drink water, you will face many health issues. It is a good practice to drink a cup of water in the morning after you wake up.

Find yourself a fitness friend:

It is always nice to have someone boost you. A workout friend will always motivate you to stay healthy, and you can get many tips and support from your fitness friend. It is always nice to have someone who comes with you to the gym or jogs with you every day. Both of you can share many health tips and stay healthy together.

Never skip your breakfast:

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Always have a healthy and heavy breakfast so that you will not feel hungry during the day. Your body needs the energy to work for the entire day, and thus you need to consume an energetic breakfast. If you do not eat your breakfast, you will feel hungry during the day and tend to eat small snacks which are high in calories.

Reduce carbohydrate and take more protein:

Food items that are rich in carbohydrate have more energy. Thus when you consume carbs in excess quantity, your body will store all the extra energy as fat. Try to avoid food items such a rice, pasta, noodles etc. You can fill your stomach by eating fibre and protein-rich food.

Exercise:

There is never a fitness tip list without exercise. Make it a point to at least do cardio on a daily basis. To have a healthy body, only eating healthy is not enough. You need to do proper exercises to keep your body in shape. When you exercise, your blood circulation increases and you will feel refreshed after a workout.

Reduce your consumption of alcohol:

Alcohol contains high calories, and thus you must not consume it regularly. You can limit yourself to have it only during certain occasions.
